What this site collects.
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. Images are embedded in the pages themselves, so nothing is requested from an external image host as you browse.
The consultation form
Information submitted through the consultation form is used only to contact you about your enquiry and to schedule an appointment. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Please do not include detailed medical history, diagnoses or other sensitive health information in a website form. A form submission is not a secure medical channel and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Bring that information to the appointment instead.
Patient records
Clinical records created once you are a patient of the practice are protected health information and are handled under the practice’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is a separate document available at the front desk.
Accessibility
This site is built to be usable with a keyboard and with assistive technology, and honors reduced-motion settings. If you encounter something that does not work for you, please call the office and tell us.
